This has been one of the most pleasant experience I have ever dealt with. From the moment I toured Ben has been great. The apartments are beautiful. It makes me feel like I’m living in a great hotel. The customer service is astonishing. Maintenance is great. I have had an amazing experience living at 23rd & Swift! The community is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and professional. A special shoutout to the maintenance team—they are truly exceptional! Every request is handled promptly, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect condition. UPDATE: Was reached out to by a member of staff who was able to address my concerns and get them taken care of quickly after this post was made. I was not aware they had to source out their application processes due to high volume, which further explains my delayed responses. Not your average Google Review - I didn't actually end up renting here. Surprised? Me too. Allow me to explain. After exploring ALL options, ALL over the city- I definitely would have been excited and proud to choose 23rd and Swift!
