There is no place that I've experienced with a better Property Manager. Diana is by far the best. She's helpful, thorough, and really does her best to create the best atmosphere and situation for her tenants. I've stayed here for several years and there was a change in management companies. I had an amazing move-in experience at this apartment complex, all thanks to Diana! I came in with a tight and extremely busy schedule, hoping to move in right away—and she made it happen. Diana was so helpful, efficient, and fast throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and truly made this move stress-free. I’m so grateful for her support and professionalism!
Thus far my experience has been very good. I am moving to Arizona in October and Diana has been very helpful in this process. Yesturday I called about 6 or 7 times while filling out my application and she answered every one of my concerns. Overall truly appreciate her help! Diana has made this process less stressful!
