There’s coach roaches and it don’t matter if I spray there seem to be too many. I can’t stand it, I feel uncomfortable living here. The walls are definitely thin I can hear all the neighbors.
A lot of these reviews are 100% spot on. Super quick maintenance, small place, but cute. Walls are thin and you can hear a lot lol I've been here a year and haven't had roaches but have had ants. I haven't had any issues with homeless people going through my stuff. Office ladies are nice. One thing I don't like is that we are charged $50 a month for having laundry in unit, but the washers so small it can't fit a blanket. so i’ve waited a very long time to give my review on aqua. i’ve lived here for 6 years and recently moved out last week. this apartment has gone through many lives and has never changed not a single bit. it’s dirty , small & infested with roaches & homeless people. the newer office lady’s are somewhat nice but they mainly sit in a locked office and just collect checks for the most part but are communicative through email & text if there is ever a issue. midway through my time living here i decided to invest in a ring camera ... read more
I have nothing negative to say about living here. It’s been almost 2 years. The office staff Claudia and Andrea are incredible and so helpful. Maintenance is SO quick to resolve issues. I have not had one issues at all since living here.
It’s a decent place. My next door neighbor is a DJ and is always practicing on his DJing every night so my walls are always rumbling and then the neighbors on the other opposite side always have their music on pretty loud every weekend mornings. That same neighbor had the nerve to call the cops on me just for vacuuming my own apartment, said my vacuuming was too loud😒
