The crime on the east side is rough, but this apartment complex does everything they can do to make sure you are protected and safe. I moved here in 2020 a month before COVID and was stuck here until I bought my house. I miss this place !The tenants are amazing and I would have never left if I wasn't moving into my own home. The management company is amazing and the apartments are worth the price. The company around you will prove it. ROACHES! Mold, termites, old patch and go apatments with no renovations. Laundry rooms are trash, most machines dont work and its often dirty. Office staff is mediocre, if they had machines doing their job, you couldnt tell the difference.DONT MOVE HERE!

Thin walls. You can hear EVERY word that your neighbors speak, even at a hushed conversational volume. Theft of dripping wet clothing from the laundry room that they refuse to properly secure. Bike theft and frequent vandalism. Rent constantly going up every year, black mold in the ceiling. It's right next to a highschool, which completely gridlocks the main road from 7am to 8am and from 2pm to 3:30pm. The location is convenient; however, with rising prices (the past several years have seen quite large increases for long-term residents, which significantly reduces the incentive to renew each year ... especially having done away with renewal incentives) and limited property improvements, the value for money isn't nearly as good it was several years ago. I love the apartment complex cuz it doesn't make you feel like you're in Arizona considering that there's a lot of greenery and the trees around and if something breaks maintenance is there either the same day or next day to fix it the gentleman are there are very helpful the supervisor Alex is amazing sometimes it could be hard to get a hold of somebody in the office but when you do the girls will fix your problem as soon as possible.
