Oh My This Apartment needs new management for upgrades this so sad humans are living like this especially knowing Augusta is known for the golf tournaments please let’s rebuild our city
Please do not move here!!...We are getting a petition together right now and we had a protest with News 12 on sight and everyone knows they like to investigate the problem! Someone needs to investigate management and see where our money is going out here because we should not be told to just move!! Over half of us do not have any heat or air! Stay away!! Wish i could give 0 stars Went there for a tour today it was a complete waste of time!! I had a tour at 1pm no one was there in the office to even give the tour! I was there less then 30 minutes! A resident that had been there 2 years was dropping off her move out notice and she told me DONT MOVE HERE!! I went to see a friend of mine and while I was inside someone stole my front tire and seat of my bike. If you like me I would not consider moving to this nasty place, I had my bike locked too. Beware don’t move here!! I was considering it until I saw my bike front seat and tire was tooling off while visiting friend, plus the apartment complex never answer the phone. Very unprofessional!! They should have better security to this place.😡😡😡😡
I've been out here for 2 months now. And it's never a quite time out here. People stay outside all day and night and ridiculous loud. The parking lots be trashed. The security gates doesn't work the pool is never opened. The maintenance man never comes out when suppose too. These apartments aren't worth the price they want for it. I'm so ready to find another place to live.
