I have been living here for months now. I loved it the first few months when there were barely any people living in my building. The office staff always appears to be nice and helpful to me. Most of my problems have stemmed from other neighbors. There are neighbors who walk their large dog every single day that NEVER pick up the dogs feces.This is really frustrating when others need to walk through the grass and it’s covered in feces. I moved in 2023 when the place was brand new and Katie and Alexis and some guy were there, they were nice before I signed my lease. After that the exhibited racism discrimination and made accusations on me that I could have sued them for. They harassed me and always gave me lease violations for nothing really. If I had company over more than 3 days they would ask me to add them to my lease. The property manager was very knowledgeable about the apartment complex. When I talk to her she honestly made me feel like I was speaking with an old friend. She made me feel very comfortable with her which I could honestly say it was a satisfying experiences. I was impress with the apartment complex.

SCAM!!! DO NOT GO!!! they just want STEAL your application fee which is $270 and later tell you: oh you need 3 times yearly rent sitting in your bank which is $66000?????? even after we offered to pay the whole rent at once they rejected us
