I enjoy living here and the office staff, maintenance and gardening staff are so nice! Things have improved greatly since I moved in 7 months ago. There is homeless issues but once the gates are repaired that will make it safer for us all. I love my huge studio apartment that is larger than the one bdrm. I had at another facility!!
This place was not necessarily my favorite per se, but at least it had the bare minimum of what I wanted given the budget I was looking for at the time. The pool was very beautiful and the apartment itself was very clean. On the other hand, however, depsite the fact it was supposed to be a gated community, the gate was never fixed and so there were quite a few homeless or poor people in the place that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Do not rent from here if you want your security deposit back. They will take random fees out of your deposit. Like a repaint and a cleaning fee which totals around $500. Even though they renovated the apartment as soon as I moved out :) I was a single man living with a cat, trust me there were no damages. Lesson learned to take pictures of before and after you move out of a place. The buildings are very old and the structural quality is deplorable. Casa del Coronado Apartments has some great features, including two well-maintained basketball courts, a playground, 2 pools and spas, and a convenient dog park for pet owners. The community has potential, and the new office staff is a definite improvement over the previous management. These apts.are outdated they change ownership every 2-3 yrs. Property management doesn't care about our personal property,My car has been vandalized 3X within 1-1/2 yrs., And several other tenants as well.. They just collect rent and want to charge for lawn,trash,(etc.) No security cameras working 😔The landscaping and pool area, basketball courts doesn't look like pictures, Their all torn up/not working and the laundry room is crap always not working or clothes damaged!!Not a happy environment or place you can call home!!! ... read more
