A special shout out to Sergio for being the best maintenance man around! I’ve lived at the Coda for over four years and Sergio has been far and away the best support. He’s incredibly quick to answer maintenance requests, always friendly and a joy to see around the building, and makes his job look easy. I appreciate having him around and knowing he’ll take care of anything that comes up.
I’ve not lived at the Coda for very long but truly see the management team of Renee and Bethany put great effort into the residents happiness of living here. A huge shoutout to John, who is an amazing planner of events covering a wide variety of interests. The location is amazing in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood of restaurants and shops and everything is walkable!
I want to commend Sergio, one of the maintenance guys at Coda. He’s always quick to respond, efficient, and thorough in fixing any issues. Friendly and professional, he goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate his great service!
I would recommend Coda Cherry Creek North as an amazing place to live. The convenience of all of the best restaurants and shopping make it truly a complete experience. I have lived at the property for several years & love the events that the property hosts, the Concierge, John, is top notch. The management staff, Bethany & Renee really care about the residents and the service team get service requests done quickly.
