I have lived at Coda for five years. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here from the minute I moved in. Management has been always been amazing. They have always been so accessible so kind, friendly and efficient. John, the concierge is worth his weight in gold. He is the heart of Coda. The maintenance crew is also stellar! I’ve had a wonderful experience thanks to Renee, the leasing office manager, and John, our amazing concierge. From the very beginning, Renee was incredibly responsive and attentive. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect apartment. Her professionalism and genuine care made the entire leasing process smooth and enjoyable. A special shout out to Sergio for being the best maintenance man around! I’ve lived at the Coda for over four years and Sergio has been far and away the best support. He’s incredibly quick to answer maintenance requests, always friendly and a joy to see around the building, and makes his job look easy. I appreciate having him around and knowing he’ll take care of anything that comes up.

I’ve not lived at the Coda for very long but truly see the management team of Renee and Bethany put great effort into the residents happiness of living here. A huge shoutout to John, who is an amazing planner of events covering a wide variety of interests. The location is amazing in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood of restaurants and shops and everything is walkable!
