I had a fantastic experience with Claudia and the apartment tour! She took time out of her day to FaceTime me and give me a virtual tour, which was incredibly helpful since I couldn’t be there in person. She really went above and beyond, providing detailed information about the apartment, the neighborhood, and even recommending other local services I might need. It made the whole process so much easier and gave me a great impression of both the property and the team. Highly recommend!
I just wanted to hop on to say I had a great experience with a showing that I had with Claudia Avila. She didn't hover while my kids and I walked through, but gave us all the time we needed and made herself available for questions or concerns. Regardless of her being new, she was patient, understanding, attentive, resourceful, friendly, professional and I loved her integrity.
Patience and Haley are such a joy to work with! Since the property management changed things have been beyond difficult and the process has not been easy to deal with, they have taken it in stride and we always leave the office laughing. The maintenance man being back on the property has made a significant difference as there were a few months it seemed we had to wait an extended period of time to have basic things fixed. I just recently moved here and could not be happier. You get the country living, but are not far from anything! The property manager and leasing agent are very friendly and caring. I have had no issues with maintenance. They were quick to get someone out the few times I had issues. Quiet and nice neighborhood!
The new management has been terrible so far. If you live in the older apartment buildings then there is limited parking space, out of date appliances that continue to break often, cheaply painted walls, cabinets & even the shower/bathtub was painted and started peeling soon after we moved in a year ago. They have raised the rent for what? nothing has been upgraded, in fact it feels like it has almost gotten worse.
