I chose DC Heights sight unseen based on the downtown location, reviews and the fact that it is a new building. I am from NY and moved here from NJ. Paige was my leasing agent and she has been fantastic. She is helpful, super patient and willing to go above and beyond. The building is new and it has all the basics you would expect from a new community for the most part (higher ceilings, kitchen cabinets that go to the ceiling, new appliances, lots of ceiling lights and more than enough outlets, etc). I recently did a tour of DC Heights and first off, the staff was AMAZING! Especially Paige! She was very kind, professional and helpful! She was always quick to respond and was more than willing to answer any questions we had. The office was very inviting and overall the apartments are beautiful and spacious. I can’t say enough good things about this place and it’s wonderful staff!

The front office staff are the best, from the time I decided to take a tour back in March 2024 until now October 2024, I've not had one negative experience with the staff. The same goes for any maintenance issues the property has had (which there has been very few)......they are always quick to get whatever the issue might be fixed in a timely matter. For being in downtown Chandler the cost of living here is very reasonable as well. 5 stars, I'd recommend to anyone looking to live in this part of the valley.

We couldn’t be happier finding this gem in downtown chandler. My daughter feels safe with all the security and the amenities are top notch. We love how it is always quiet because the walls are not paper thin. The manager is always informative and there to answer any questions you may have. She is professional and protects the property.

So happy I decided on DC Heights, the staff especially Paige have been wonderful and answered all my questions promptly. The amenities are second to none, the grounds are kept in amazing shape and the location couldn't be any better, just steps away from Downtown Chandler.
