This is the first apartment I have lived in. Overall I'm quite satisfied with my time here. Flex payments were incredibly helpful for the first months. Anytime there has been an issue it was promptly resolved. The main downsides are the suspicious people who hang out around here at night and the dumpsters being so close that it lures roaches and ants close to the buildings. I'm glad there is a gate on this property. With the location it is basically a requirement. I don't recommend if you have pets, the food will lure roache... read more

This maintenance dude Ron came by and fixed my toilet tank issue. It was constantly draining and refilling wasting potable water making a noisy racket. Not everything has been perfect since I moved in 6 months ago, but this was excellent service and i want to recognize Ron for his quality work. 2 days from when I requested maintenance service he was able to resolve the issue within a approximage range of time on the second day. it has stayed fixed since. Thank you

Ever since Scotia Group took over management of this apartment complex a year or two ago it has gone down hill fast. It seems like the type of people who have been moving in has gotten worse and worse (vagrants, ex-felons, section 8 maybe?). It is gated, but right at the front of the complex there is a big hole in the fence where vagrants come and go throughout the day and night. Best apartments in Tucson. The staff often do great things for our community. They have a wrapping station and a decoration contest for the holidays and for valentine's day they do a drive thru breakfast for every resident. My son and I lived here for 3 years. It's safe, affordable and all the staff are just wonderful. I love Deerfied Village

My daughter rented there and did her best to get help with electrical issues, mold and roaches. When she moved out they claimed that she had some sort of issue that did not happen when she was there. She was still charged for it and felt compelled to pay as they sent it to a collector. This is a person who leaves a place cleaner than when she gets there, not to mention not in debt of any kind. She’s not a partier and hard working. My advice- there are nicer places in the area that are cleaner and have better management.
