I love living at Edit at River North. Great community in a super fun location in RiNo. One of my favorite things is the monthly sip and shops we host in the lobby with our local art community. Great place to make new friends if you are new to Denver and amazing rooftop views of down town.

Great place to live. Moved in Dec 2023 and my main priorities at the time were security. The area it's located in is safe and there's never issues of crime, as well as the building is very secure with fob needed access to enter specific floors and monitored over night by a security agent as well which is a great perk. I also love how the main areas are always cleaned by maintenance staff as early as 8am every day. The Edit is a dream come true. This apartment complex is luxury at its finest. With an amazing staff, amenities, events, and community, you should choose The Edit as your next home. By far the best apartment complex in the city. The views are incredible! Overall 11/10 - loved every minute of living here!

I like living at The Edit but definitely don't "love" it. Initially the staff and neighbors were really welcoming. With not even a month living here my puppy had a noise complaint. Yes, completely understandable, but for us in the midst of a move and trying to adjust he's bound to bark/cry from time to time, especially while I am away. He was also sick during our move from the stress. I now keep him on a bark collar at all times in our own apartment as I feel like walking on egg shells so we don't get another complaint. I've lived at EDIT for a week, and I am already singing its praises! Not only was the leasing and move-in process incredibly smooth, but the team at EDIT has also gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. The amenities are amazing, and the apartment itself was immaculate when I moved in. Everyone in the building is so friendly and kind! I couldn't be happier that I chose EDIT as my new home, and I hope to be here for a long time to come. Thank you to the EDIT team and residents for making me feel so welcomed! :)
