Ellis Midtown may not be the fanciest or newest apartment complex in town, but there’s something special about it that keeps me here. I can only share my experience from the building I’ve called home since 2017. It's a cozy, clean place, and the neighbors are just the best—kind, thoughtful, and always friendly! Sure, since the place is a bit older, things happen occasionally. But the maintenance crew is fantastic! They’re quick and efficient whenever I need help. This property has went through such a transformation. It's beautiful and allot of that has to do with Cece Y and her team. Professional and kind hearted. You will not be disappointed renting or working in partnership with this property, Cece and her crew!
The only positive I can say about this community is the location! The management company doesn't care about the residents. No rules, no accountability for bad behavior! Work orders do not get completed (I fixed it myself). I can't wait for my lease to expire. Once again the upstairs people are blasting their stereo with the base. Attempts to contact the leasing and corporate office have fallen on death ears!
I moved in a month ago and have called either the non emergency line for Phoenix police or the landlord every other day. My apartment is infested with roaches since the day I moved in. In the first hour I got the keys I saw roaches inside of the bedroom. My upstairs neighbors are extremely unclean and their patio is full of clutter and trash. I just want to share my experience living at Ellis Midtown. I have the opportunity to call this place my Home for 5 years, I have enjoyed it here and created many memories with family. I have gotten to know people walking out my door and at residence events that CC the office manager a staff has made it enjoyable and safe. This summer I have enjoyed the pool from the B building and the F building.
