I moved here in July 2024, and I have regretted that decision ever since. The biggest issues are the lack of reliable hot water, water in general, and lack of climate control. I do not recommend living here. Look at Envii up the road. NO HOT WATER - Since I moved in, there have been countless times I have been unable to shower, wash dishes, or do other tasks because the hot water has gone out. These apartments are trash roach Infested Buildings. Maintenance takes weeks or months to get a job done It is ridiculous.I have been waiting on several things to get worked on inside my apartment. On second note maintenance cleared out my ticket without even coming to my apartment. We actually went from one "alright" apartment to a worse apt 🙃. This is a good place to live we make sure everybody's safe and they get to the repairs when you asked for it and the management team is cool when you ask him for anything they get right on it and I would recommend this place to everybody this is a good place to live compared to other places I've lived

Unfortunately, this place has not been a great place to stay. Been here for about 3 years and have been through three different leasing managers. Front office lady has no empathy and seems not interested in actually helping residents. They allow residents to have extremely hot apartments and tells us to just “open windows and get fans” and if that’s enough to handle Arizona heat. Power goes out all throughout monsoon season. Pros: close to everything, spacious 1 beds with lots of storage, (somewhat) updated appliances, great maintenance and office staff, friendly neighbors, decent gym and pools. Cons: some of these will be specific to my unit. Outdated thermostat and heating/cooling system, difficult to find parking, 10 layers of white paint on EVERYTHING, no in unit laundry for costly rent, and definitley poor air quality in units (SO much dust no matter how much I cleaned).
