Verified Renter New Management is much better Moved here 12/2023 and I see a lot of positive changed happening I wish I moved here when this manager was here . Because old mgmt moved me into an apt that had no renovation to kitchens and not even completed But this manager is much better I love living here now .

I have no complaints! I relocated from out of state to Grand Arbor and I was relieved to see that the community was just as nice as depicted online. The property manager is so friendly and actually cares about the tenants here. Maintenance is helpful if needed. Thank you Grand Arbor for making my transition to North Carolina less strenuous.

Beautiful community Very beautiful and safe community, they have very good services and fast respond to ur issues.
a bit of small town in the city Grand arbor reserve is a family. The office staff remembers not only me but my five kids and my dog. We are close to the activities of Raleigh but I still have the safe comfort of small town living I grew up in. They have made the city a place I can live even with disabilities.
