Management goes above and beyond to help/work with you. Very communicative. By far the best apartments I’ve lived in. A bit pricey for what you are getting, but worth it for the view and functioning amenities, there is a general feeling of community. Maintenance repairs everything within a week and is very friendly. I’ve lived in 20+ apartments in Tucson this is by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of living in. I am an honest reviewer, take a look at my reviews. I can honestly say I was happy with my stay here.
If I could give a zero star I would. I recently got a mice in my APARTMENT in my APARTMENT. I called the emergency maintenance the guy came after about 5 calls and just told me to get traps. I call today to the main office and they told me they can’t help me. This is ridiculous they’re trying to normalize the fact the mice go in your apartment. They always mess with the plumbing cause big roaches to come through the apartment and your not even allowed to turn on your heat or A/C when you want to. This apartment complex is ho... read more
Moved in the end of October. I've only lived in 4 other complexes in the 20 years I've lived in Tucson, but this is by far the best. I can't illustrate how much better it is. The apartments are kept up super well. My apartment isn't one of the redecorated ones, but it's very nice still. I love the way my furniture looks in here. The door to door trash pickup is divine. We went to look here for an apartment, 2 bedroom.. the associate was about as convincing as a used car salesman trying to sell you on a clapped out 2018 automatic dodge charger with a broken headgasket and JB weld plastered over a cracked block. I do not remember if it states in unit laundry or if we miss read the listing but it is not. The guy says he was new so I can over look a bit of his demeanor but he could not give us a straight answer for a good 10 minutes of asking questions. Good afternoon, I live in Green Leaf Apartments, anyone considering moving in would be making a good choice. I like not only how friendly my neighbors are But the property manager Fabian is very professional yet friendly and he truly cares! It hasn’t been often, but whenever I have had an issue, it is taken care of promptly The property/grounds are kept so pretty (and safe) It is nice to be able to walk my puppy around the beautiful complex.
