I lived at Spring Hill Apartments for two years, and at first, everything was great. The location is safe and convenient, the rent is affordable, and the grounds are usually well maintained. I have lived here at spring hills for 12 years. I have 4 granddaughters I am very close to and in the past I have taken them to the pool..all 4 at once. Well I tried to enjoy a day with them at the pool and the manager came in and kicked us out because of only 2 guests were allowed. 3 of those girls are now adults. 23 20 and 18 the 4th is 13. I really enjoy my apartment and this location (Varsity), however, the maintenance department needs a new truck. It is very loud and can be heard from across the complex. It is also emitting excessive exhaust fumes.
i am lost for words. the way my family was being treated is sickening. there is absolutely no sympathy for the individuals that pay their rent. do not rent with them. ‼️We are no longer renting from them or in the future protect yourself. This isn’t over
