Today maintenance came with a smile to address the few things I needed done in my new place! Martin was amazing! He was respectful and listened to everything I needed and he was very very friendly! He took care of it all and I felt heard and important! He is a great addition to the staff here and only being here for less than 2 weeks I can say I made a great choice at Hidden Cove! Do yourself a favor and ignore the recent 5-star reviews for this complex. Management, under Chamberlin & Associates, is actively coercing tenants into leaving fake 5-star reviews by insinuating that doing so will result in better service or basic maintenance. These reviews are not genuine—just damage control for a sinking ship. And trust me, this place is sinking fast. 1. Been here for awhile now. Overall I feel safe. New management came in and the managers are kind, and very on top of things. I have never had any issues. Maintenance responds quick according to level of priority needing them and work is well done. Overall I am excited to resign for a new year. Thank you!
My experience with this apartment management has been frustrating due to poor communication, delays in processing requests, and unexpected charges. I notified them on December 25th about my intent to vacate and sent three follow-up emails, but I received no response until January 2nd. After finally hearing back, I went to their office on January 4th to sign the termination notice. When doing a tour the young lady named Magaly was so helpful. She relayed all information properly and left no discrepancies. The property looked great and very clean I would totally recommend these apartments!!!
