I’ve lived here since the end of December. In January a pipe bursted in the unit above me which of course just happens sometimes. The fans were removed January 28 finally. But it was not until March where maintenance finally came in to repair the holes in my ceiling and missing baseboards. They had to remove the bottom of my bathroom cabinet I asked about it and when maintenance came they said they were all done. I emailed again asking about it and still no response. Moved in as of today!! Had a great experience with the staff at interquest ridge. Yubia made the application process easy and walked me through every single step. She was informative and punctual with any corrections I had to make on my application. Christina was also very friendly and did her part to make sure every fell into place, due to the short amount of time I had from my previous rental unit. The whole staff was amazing. I was pleased with my experience the moment I walked in i was greeted by office staff. i was helped by Angel , she was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property. she took time to answer all my questions and communicated through the entire process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable leasing experience.
Complex has improved a lot. New office staff is very helpful. Residents need to take better care of the outside pets. Walking in areas supplied with clean up bags and cans but not using them. I am disabled and I have no problem cleaning up after mine and a few others just to avoid stepping in it. Please residents Do Your Part!!
The apartment itself was lovely and comfortable, it’s in a good area close to stores and restaurants. The staff on the other hand is incredibly frustrating to deal with. For the last year I lived there I was never able to get in contact with anyone over the phone I had to go in to reach anyone. Getting a response back for emails was rare and unhelpful.
