My move-in to LaFrance Square was a relatively smooth and easy experience. NEW SECURITY CONCERN AS OF 31-MAR-2025. Yesterday morning, our community mailboxes were broken into, and everyone's mail was stolen. Among the items taken was my replacement credit card, which the thieves activated and used to attempt $2000 in fraudulent charges. I only discovered this because a resident near the mailboxes had installed a security camera due to the ongoing security issues. Management has said nothing about this incident. Isaiah was an absolutely Amazing person and property manager. He really went above and beyond to determine and meet Our needs. If you're looking for a new place, LaFrance Square should definitely be on your list. Isaiah will definitely take care of you!
I have been a resident for 7 months now. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. If you are thinking of moving here, please please please reconsider. They will tell you everything you want to hear, that it is safe, there are rarely issues, clear communication, etc. BUT.. the REALITY is.. none of that is true. What they won’t tell you is there is gun violence, more maintenance issues than you can count (due to poor infrastructure, and these townhomes being built in a months time frame), mold, squatters, car break ins, cars... read more
