I've lived in Las Aguas for the last few years and have had nothing but good things to say. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable, maintenance is always quick and efficient, neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. They also do monthly events for the community, which are fun. This is definitely a great community for people who want a quiet and low-key place to live!
I been living here some time now and I am so happy with everything. Shout out to the maintenance team: Gilberto and Carlos who are knowledgeable and fix issues quickly. They are super friendly; great people. The location is convenient: restaurants, freeways, entertainment. The apartment complex has made upgrades and Leslie has been wonderful with answering any questions I might have. And most importantly, I feel safe in this area.
I love this place! It’s super convenient to get anywhere in the East Valley or downtown Phoenix from here. The maintenance team is hyper efficient and always friendly. They’ve been quick to fix any minor issues I’ve had. They even helped me move my couch once, which was definitely above and beyond! The management team has been incredibly helpful and I feel like they genuinely care. Overall, this place feels like a true community with people of all ages. 💕🏡
The staff at Las Aguas, Madison, Jesse & Lesley are incredibly friendly and professional. They always go above and beyond to ensure a positive living experience. Also, maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of the maintenance team; Gil & Carlos :)
I've lived in tons of apartments, but this one? This isn't just an apartment, it's home! I love it here, the neighbors are great, maintenance is awesome, the office staff is amazing, and they even have fun little games and events. Seriously, if you're looking for a place in Scottsdale, this is it.
