*SOON TO BE TENANTS* First of all, id just like to say that these apartments are just absolutely beautiful. We were officially approved yesterday (4/24/25) and we're so excited to be moving in. These apartments are in a great location with next door shopping and downtown just 6 minutes up the road. Buccees is also just a skip away! Viola is the one who helped us and was absolutely a desire! These homes are so nice. The mountain view is beautiful. Very convenient to I25 and businesses nearby. Office staff Cari and Viola are welcoming and friendly. Maintenance man Robert is great.
The team here at Ledge Rock has been outstanding. Shanae was wonderful to work with! She was very kind, responsive and did exactly what she said she would. This whole process has been amazing! Thank you!
We came into the apartments upon coming up for an interview and just happened to by to take a look. The first lady that we met was polite and let us know that the front desk lady I believe her name was Viola or veal would help us write when she was off of a phone call, but that walk-ins were welcome to see the apartment. We recently applied and are crossing our fingers that we get in. These apartment homes are absolutely beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. We are very hopeful they will approve us. Luke has been so helpful and seems to be willing to do anything he can to help us.
