We have lived here since the very beginning when it was first built! We have loved it here! Will, Lane and Lexi have been the best people to talk to if we ever needed help or when we moved to a bigger unit. They host so many fun events here that we have loved attending including our dog! The maintenance people have also been so great and quick to fix things!
I just moved in and I am so happy to call Luxe of Prosper my home!! I toured on Saturday, 2/22/25, with Luiza. She was fantastic!! She is so welcoming and I enjoyed her humor as well as her professionalism. In the end she was one of the reasons I chose this complex. I love the properties!! We haven’t moved in yet, but working with Luiza has already been a wonderful experience. She’s gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome, answering every question with patience and care. Her kindness and professionalism truly stand out, and we’re so excited to move in. :)
I cannot explain how happy I am that I chose this place as my home. Every single person in the front office is absolutely amazing. Lexi was the first person I met and she is the one who took me to view the model. They have been so kind and so helpful through the entire process of renting my home. I have only been here less than a week and the storms blew my fence completely down and the maintenance crew had it fixed within two hours. I am so impressed by this place and 100% happy to be here
I want to share my experience with Luxe Prosper, which has left me feeling really hurt. My husband and I were excited about moving into this lovely property, but everything changed because of a phone call with Will Lawson. During our conversation, Will not only yelled at me but also insisted that I had no right to speak to anyone else but him. This kind of disrespect was shocking and made me feel belittled.
