My husband and I I moved in March of 22. We love it here and will stay as long as we can. The community here is great. Everyone is so friendly. The office staff is wonderful. They have at least once a month an event such as brunch, pizza night, tacos and much more. The amenities, fitness center, dog park and pool are the best. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.
My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years now. We are moving out now only because, financially, with 2 kids we have now, we can not swing it. That said, we do not want to move. Over the last 3 years, the staff has always been amazing, maintenance is fast and great, we live the area, love the gym, being by the lake, and really love everything here. It's sad we are moving. I am going to give an honest, straight from the heart review because I know this can help the next person just like me. It's been less than 30 days since I moved into here and I am extremely dissatisfied! I had a feeling in my gut before I even moved in that this wasn't going to be the living experience I hoped for. Me and my girlfriend were blown away when we first came out and toured. We toured other places (apartments) but ended up coming back the same day and filling out an application with The Mansions. They had everything we wanted (a yard for our dogs, and a garage). Not only did they let us tour all available units and pick out the one we wanted, they were extremely nice and transparent from the beginning with fees and prices (which were extremely reasonable compared to every other place we toured). I decided to wait a few months to get a thorough impression of the community and here's what I found! The Office Staff: Amazing! They are so thorough and communicative. I have interacted with every one in the office and they ALWAYS have an upbeat energy. They also seem to love what they do! Maintenance: They have all been friendly and prompt!
