I've lived here for over 2 years and I have nothing to complain about. Rosy is an excellent manager and she is always available to help us. Whenever I needed maintenance they were always quick to resolve any queries. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, this is your place.
Very quiet neighborhood tucked away from traffic yet close to everything. Management has responded to all outreaches in a very reasonable time. The apartment layout is maximized making it feel bigger than it is. A king sized bed fits with plenty of space to spare
If I can give no stars that would be it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Even if it's your only choice don't do it.... Roaches no matter how clean you are. German... Enough said about those.. but the leasing manager Rosy... You can not get ahold of her if your life depending on it. Shes out to get you for every penny you got and keep you in unsafe environment 2022 rent went up 300 to build dog area... Still nothing there... today 10/2023. We love it here - quiet and friendly neighbors, apartment complex is tucked away from the riff raff down on Main Street. The manager Rosy is very nice and helpful. So far no problems and no insects or scorps in our home. Hummingbirds regularly fly around the pool and oleander trees!
