My AC hasn't worked for weeks. When they came by to investigate, they said I was keeping my temperature of my thermostat too low for too long. Despite changing the temp, my AC still didn't work. The toilet constantly won't flush and ac isn't working even if It's not turned to 60° (as suggested by maintenance), it stays hot in the unit. Could be because the sun set in the direction of my unit. Nevertheless, it's still very hot here. It's not habitable at this rate. 99° and no fix. The screen door is bent and won't close. Management has really stepped it up since I moved in here 3 years ago. I couldn't get management to do anything when I moved in here the first year. A basically laughed at me when I asked them to take care of maintenance issues etc. Alicia and Angela are very good at what they do keeping their residents happy I am so glad that you management came to take over Metro one first. I’ve never had experience with an apartment complex that was very bad with communication, never kept up with tenant/ applicants and no flexibility. I’ve applied for an apartment 22 days ago and throughout the last 22 days they have told me that “ manager will call you back or as soon as possible” and never did. This place advertises for 750 a month and then charges outrageous fees and you end up paying $829 a month for a tiny enie weenie studio! Whoever owns this place is not keeping up and I cannot recommend it to anybody!
