The improved Bell Vista Apartments I'M a tenant here currently and I must very say I have noticed alot of changes going on here which is refreshing the management team is really handling business staying on top of work orders too in a timely manner. It's Nice to see Security alot at night . enjoying the quiet evenings again is great. Keep up the good work.
Awesome Staff!! Very happy with Bella Vista, it is a calm place to live at. Office staff are great, they make you feel welcomed. Looking forward to living here for a while.
Great Place To Live!! We are very happy at Bella Vista. It has been greatly improved since AZ 1st Realty took over!! We feel a lot more comfortable and safe. It is much more clean and the maintenance is very efficient and fast in getting our work orders done!! The entire staff is approachable and never make you feel like you are bugging them.It's a great place to live!!
