I moved in on 2/3/2025 and on the morning of 2/4/25 I had 4 cockroachs climung on my wall of the kitchen and go into and behind my dishwasher. I call the leasing office when they ope. On 2/4/25 and was told by Robert that the pest control company would spray my unit that day. Neighbors in here smoke a lot of weed. I stayed here for about 2 years and I started noticing neighbor smoking weed in their units. it got so bad that it started getting in my unit. I complained several times to management and nothing was done. I had to move because neigbors were not considerate and management didnt do any inspection and had no care. even on my day of moving out. my apartment smelled like someone was smoking heavy in there. I moved in here a month ago when I moved in my shower was broken and couldn’t shower only hot water came out we paid for a upgraded unit and they put a shower head from the old apartments and said we can’t change it you should’ve just gotten a normal apartment STUPID. Our sink didn’t work either it was all leaking wholes in the walls loose fans that you can’t even turn on no electricity in the bathroom. Apartment was nice for a decent price, but the office staff were horrible they never answer the phone and take a way longer lunch then needed. Manager as well as the other staff were very rude and made you feel like a bother going in and asking a question. The pool was hardly ever opened and when it was it was disgusting and dirty, as well as the gym that was being “remolded” for months would not recommend for anyone.
