Ryan is an extremely smart and kind maintenance man. With all of the apartments it's him BY himself with maybe one other person. He does his absolute best to reach as many tenants he can ALL with a smile on his face and pleasant. No matter how small the problem is, his he has never minimized my and the tenants problems. Issues are inevitable at any apartment complex however... Move here if you want great quality maintenance and someone who cares! Thanks so much Ryan for your hard work and dedication!

Lack of communication, loss of money, be aware that once you pay ANYTHING, you lose it all. Not one dollar back even though you never even had a unit number. Management lacks any type of communication, I called multiple times and had to keep calling to finally get an answer. Paid a security deposit that I now can’t get back even though I never moved in. I’ve been at Northlakes for over a year now and management is great and always communicates well. Whenever I have an issue with my apartment maintenance comes out. They usually are busy it’s a huge complex with 1-2 people fixing your needs. A huge shoutout to Ryan he always comes fixes my issues. My fridge went out at 9pm one night and even though it was late Ryan came to fix it before my groceries went bad and I had just went food shopping. So it was a huge relief. I have lived here slightly over 1 year. I am dissatisfied. All they care about is money. They do not value the tenants and the customer service is terrible. There is an issue with my heating system. My power bill this month was $684 which is ridiculous since I live alone. Duke sent a technician and said that the meter is testing fine and that there is an internal issue. I will say I’ve only been here a few months and overall they are really great with the work orders making sure we are satisfied and everything is fixed. There are some things that could be improved like the laundry facilities are kinda dirty and only some of the washers/dryers work. As well as the dog parks there are no doggie bags, and people have no sense of respect to clean up after their animals. I love that there is a fitness center on site but wish they would fix the broken equipment. Overall I’d say 7/10.
