If you're considering moving to Noteable Apartments, think twice before making the commitment. I've had nothing but frustration with their laundry facilities. For the past eight months, the washers and dryers on the first floor have been out of service. Despite numerous complaints and requests for repairs, management has done nothing to address the issue. 2 year review!! I truly enjoyed living at Notable apartments. I ended up moving here during one of the toughest periods of my life. The staff is amazing. Any time I needed something done, maintenance was very quick to resolve the issue. I particularly want to give a shoutout to Bianey. She was truly a blessing during my time at Notable and extended as much grace as she could when I was not on time with rent. She never made me feel ashamed and was great at listening. My experience It was a very nice promising apartment in the beginning but I have been getting harassed feeling unsafe I’m scared to even go do laundry or go anywhere in the building I also have two kids so other then the harassment from other tenants it’s a decent place

These apartments aren’t meant for living! The ventilation is terrible! Black mold would constantly grow on my windowsill due to poor insulation! Our packages would get stolen all the time. The office wouldn’t do nothing at all about it. The ladies in the leasing office are absolutely rude and hateful. No compassion at all. Take no accountability for their doings! Been living here for almost a month and so far so good. The application process was smooth, it did take a little while to get all the paperwork filed and things, but my contact from the leasing office did a great job of keeping me updated! Thank you Ruben. :) The units are super nice and feel very spacious because of the high ceilings. Building is secure and neighbors seem friendly. Happy to call Notable home.
