Always taken care of! 6 stars! My boyfriend and I moved here from Chicago recently. The rent is relatively inexpensive for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It has vaulted ceilings and beautiful natural light. It's spacious and has everything: laundry room (not just a closet, a whole room!), dishwasher, garage, balcony. The rent is easily paid through an app. When we first moved in our dishwasher wouldn't work. I put in a maintenence request through their easy-to-use online portal/app and got a new dishwasher installed the next day. ... read more
Average apartments Buildings are cheap material, not enough parking, appliances aren't the best, water isn't great quality, but overall not the worst place to live. The staff could be more professional though, if I have a package delivered to the office they should contact you in a professional manner like calling your cell phone and not telling you to add them on social media networks. This is not a proper way to conduct business.
