To start, my key broke three months ago, and despite bringing this issue to management’s attention multiple times, it still has not been resolved. It’s extremely frustrating to have to repeatedly follow up on something as basic and essential as access to my own home. On top of that, my significant other moved in with me over a month ago, and even after informing the office, they still have not provided her with a key or acknowledged the situation in any meaningful way. I lived at a sister apartment for 14 months and have been at Park 7 for 3 months. It is clean, quiet, and so close to everything you need. I’d like to give a shout out to Lily, Saray, and Alex! Thank you for always taking my calls, texts, and my maintenance requests. You guys rock!
There are other places to live that have better amenities and are overall better living experience. Many issues as it pertains to building quality here, phase II building had a lot of construction issues, cutting corners for the most part. Parking is not garented on the premises. Vehicle break-ins and theft are common. If a heavy rain comes through, the streets flood, I lost a vehicle to it and had my other car stolen here. So far my experience with Park7 apartments has been great! Management and staff are super friendly, patient, and helpful. They went above and beyond helping me in getting approved. They helped make my out of state move a smoother transition. The office and maintenance has been great at responding to anything I needed afterwards also. Beautiful apartments with a nice gym set up. I can see myself long term here.
Living at Park 7 for the last two years has been great! Lily (Apt Manager) was always very attentive and helpful when it came to any maintenance issues or requests that I had. They gave me a great deal when moving in, so I was able to live in a great area without paying an arm and a leg. Thank you team for making my time in Fort worth memorable!
