A quiet place, suitable for families, free of problems, with respectful people, and the most important thing is calm and peace of mind.
The best thing about this place is maintenance. They're the only people who are reliable and helpful. Christine Gyemfi controls the Parkway Apartments and she is the worst. I've been having a roach problem for the past 3 months and she basically blame me for the problem. Every time you need help with something, she takes 48-72hrs to respond back via email and then refer to someone to help. Don't bother calling either. She never picks up.
