The management never answers the phone because they’re too busy in the front of the office smoking cigarettes with staff all day. Had renovations in our homes with horrible communication on what exactly was going to be done so the contractors touched my belongings that should have not been touched. Cut off our WiFi with other providers such as spectrum, without any notice and forced us to join the WiFi they have. They don't even deserve 1 star. When I applied I got to see a 4 bedroom but only qualified for a 2 bedroom that I did not get to see prior to signing lease. When I got the keys I then went to inspect it and there were so many things wrong. Biggest being I still have not been able to move in fully due to my son's whole floor needing replaced. I am now paying on a storage still because I keep getting the run around. I have asked for the number to corporate and was told thatI cannot have it. I have also called everyone trying t... read more
Lived here going on 4 years. Love our home. It does get very warm, my door do not fully seal but my gas and light bill is not high, only downside is no light fixtures but it does not prevent me from wanting to stay living here. The office Staff Debbie and Sandy are amazing! We changed maintenence men which was surprising but the new ones we have met are very respectful and kind. Great place to live.
So basically if you can barely afford one meal a day you make to much money to live here. If you want to advocate for low income housing maybe hire less snooty and rude office workers that don't talk down to you
