I just moved out of Premier Lofts after living there for 6 years! It was honestly great! For the most part it was quiet, sometimes you’d hear neighbors having a get together on the weekends, but who can blame them. Anytime I had a maintenance call, it was handled in a very reasonable amount of time! As long as you pay your rent on time, and don’t mind downtown apartment living, you will love it at Premier Lofts! K. Moser at the leasing office was fantastic for almost the entire time I lived there!
They're just neglectful, incompetent, bullies. Do not let the new renovations fool you. This building has its issues, but the worst of them is the leasing office. They act all professional and inviting up until you sign the lease. We were absolutely lied to about so much. They didn't make anyone aware of the plumbing issues before moving in. I lived at Premier for 19 months and have nothing but great things to say. The only reason I moved was because I was relocating to a new state. I moved to Denver from out of state and Kristen was diligent in making sure I was set up with a beautiful unit. Since I could not tour in person, she sent videos and pictures and but her hospitality ultimately sold me. Upon moving in, I was floored by how nice the space was (since I’d only seen it virtually). The team at Premier lofts has been amazing. I just moved in a couple of days ago and I have to give a special shout out to Annalisa from my tour a couple months ago to move in. She has been so helpful in the move-in process. I have met a couple of my neighbors and they have all been very friendly. I also love how you leak the apartment homes look. I cannot wait to have friends over.
