Everything is fine and has been fine except I live on social security and rent has gone up pretty significantly since we moved here, recently my wife passed away and I lose the income of her Social Security. Making it even harder to make ends meet, It is a wonderful place to live. Just getting tough to afford,
Unfortunately the community is out of control and chaos reigns, you can see people smoking in the pool area, you can also see rocks blocking the doors leading to the gym and clubhouse, you can also see uncontrolled parties on Sundays where guests literally throw themselves into the water with clothes and shoes (which I find very disgusting because of the dirt they leave in the water), here everyone plays their music at full volume with no respect for others. I love being able to look out of my courtyard-facing patio and see such beautiful flowers and trees blooming! We hear the red tail hawks most mornings and it makes spring time so nice here. It’s very relaxing and inviting regardless of the season. Our dog loves relaxing on the patio too!! One free parking spot takes the mental stress off finding one after work and there’s a reasonable amount of parking for our second car. If your looking for luxury apartments , Red Tail is it . Management is super helpful and on top of everything that takes place in the complex . They genuinely care for their residents . The maintenance team is exceptional. I’ve never lived anywhere where requests are handled so quickly and professional. Rick is wonderful and is always going above and beyond expectations . The property is clean , quiet , and very well maintained. Highly recommend
I have never had an apartment management be so helpful and sweet and amazing! We had a problem with one of our family members being aggressive with us and management immediately stepped in and helped us in every way they could and provided safety measures and security to guarantee our safety as well as those around us! We thank them so much and we love this apartment community and management!
