Before moving to this apartment consider this. Terrible management and zero communication. They switch management companies and rent portals without informing residents. Maintenance is non-existent—they never fix anything. The office is always closed, and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls, so there’s no way to speak to anyone or even pay rent unless you use the portal. All office employees are very helpful and kind also The maintenance man is an outstanding professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and handles every task with skill and efficiency. He is also very respectful, courteous, and always willing to help. We truly appreciate his expertise and positive attitude

I’m very impressed with the maintenance man’s work. He is highly skilled, dependable, and always approaches his work with professionalism and respect. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does, and it’s a pleasure to have someone so reliable and courteous helping It should also be mentioned that the office staff have special experience and expertise

Hi, I just discovered that this account of mine was hacked a while ago, and somebody was posting negative reviews on my behalf. I'm not sure if it has affected you, but I'm sorry if it did. It's not the first time it has happened to me. I think Lily was great she showed me the apartments.

We just signed our lease and plan on moving in this month, Austin the property manager was very helpful with paperwork, touring the apartment and singing the lease, he was very professional and courteous. It’s a nice community and having good schools within walking distance is a bonus.
