I moved into Rowhaus Apartments in August of 2020. Dealing with the management at Gallery 459 was a great experience from the beginning. They were always available and responsive for questions and requests. There's an online service request system, but dropping by the office in person was always a welcomed option. We’ve been lucky to call Rowhaus our home for the past four years, and will definitely miss it! Management has always been very responsive to questions and/or concerns. The building is super close to groceries, restaurants/bars, BART, and Lake Merritt. The rooftop is a great spot to host friends. Security has never been an issue, and we’ve always felt safe and secure here!
I recently had the pleasure of residing at this apartment, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The location is fantastic with convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, and Lake Merritt. The apartment itself is cozy and is a part of a smaller community which is fantastic. The leasing managers were ALWAYS helpful and provided a quick turnaround when there was anything I needed. This was by far the best place I have lived at in a very long time!
I have been living here at Rowhaus for almost 2 months and it has been amazing. I believe they had switched property management companies and the staff has been so wonderful. The location is walking distance from everything. Parking is tricky for guests especially but manageable. Package system has improved tremendously. Great location! The rooftop has amazing views. The staff is quick to respond to any issues we had and handled them in a professional manner. Sad to leave!
