I took my Aunt apartment hunting this week and stumbled across these. The office staff were very welcoming. Tia was who assisted us was very well-versed and pleasant to work with. Something about that southern hospitality just makes you feel good about an experience. The apartments weren’t too shabby either for the price. Sherwood park is definitely a better place to live. The office staff are super friendly. The maintenance staff is very attentive and then get the job done in a timely manner. Great job you guys

I have been staying at this property since December of 2023 and since then the property management has been very helpful and considerate of all residents including myself! Always have a warm energy and high vibes walking into the office and make sure that everything is clear for both parties when asking for accommodations or whatever the need is of the resident. Gets things done in a timely and accurate manner (Ms. Tia, Crystal, Tim and Maintenance head Manager).

I truly love and enjoy living at Sherwood Park apartments! The office staff is helpful and caring! I have lived on the property since 2018 and I have endured some unsavory office staff over the years… however, these ladies rock! Maintenance is Top Tier and the office staff customer service is amazing! Keep up the good work!
