Lived Here 3 Years - Great Place The building manager and maintenance guy are very responsible and friendly. The place and grounds are kept clean. The tenants are respectful. Beautiful parks nearbye for exercising. Walking distance to downtown Silver Spring but feels secluded.

Kimberly, the property manager, is the best I’ve been living here a month and it’s awesome. The location is the best, and it’s very quiet. Best of all is Kimberly, the property manager. She is always available to help, and seems to really care about any issues. Hurray!

Highly satisfied with my apartment here/experience with mgmt This is one of the best values in Montgomery County. You will not find anywhere else with 2-3 bedroom apartments with hardwood floors, new appliances, free parking, and patios or balconies at these prices in the highly-coveted downtown Silver Spring area. The property is well-maintained inside and out. It is generally very quiet although many children live in the building. The most noise I ever hear is the Ride On bus announcing stops, but it doesn’t run overnight.... read more

Great place to live I decided to write my review as a response to some of the misleading feedback left here about the property and personnel running it. If you’re looking for a space within 10/15 minutes of walk to/from Metro and Downtown and stay in nice quite residential area surrounded by the great parks and walk trails – this is the place. Mary's the best It's a really great and quiet neighborhood, but to be honest, there are a lot of problems with the tenants and the facilities of the buildings. However, Mary makes her best effort to make it the most comfortable living environment possible. She's always super friendly and open to suggestions to help improve the complex.

Decent but can't be beat for the price SSH is within walking distance from the SS metro. It also has Bikeshare access as well. For the area its a decent price and the one bedrooms are enormous in comparison. Unfortunately, the people that live in the building aren't the best neighbors. They dont have any pride or much respect for the building. Currently our property manager is amazing and trying hard to make it a better place.

Getting better all the time This building is greatly improving with the help of the current building manager. She's on top of everything, and truly wants to make this a great place to live. It's a short bus ride to the metro, and located in a great neighborhood with parks and people of every age. A great place to live!
