We've lived here a few months and are loving it! We've had a few maintenance requests for blinds and windows, and Bobby has been super on top of things! Really friendly guy, thorough and makes sure that he gets the job done. It's great knowing that we've got people to reach out to and can depend on whenever we have issues! A substantial decline in customer service, particularly in terms of accountability to the hardworking tenants, is the primary reason for this review. There has been an egregious lack of transparency on the part of management with tenants. There is evident disarray, lack of accountability, oversight, and organization in what appears to be a transition of ownership. Kimberly Mead is rude I was talking about how the utilities get split between the apartment units and that it’s my first time living in apartments where we have to pay sewer, trash, water etc because everywhere I have lived in the past was included in the rent. I wasn’t complaining but I was making conversation and she told me well whenever your lease is over you can move somewhere else you don’t need to stay here longer. We've been dealing with a hot water issue for months. You never know when the hot water will stop working. My family and I have all experienced being stuck in the bathroom, covered in soap, with no hot water in these cold days. The problem has never been fully fixed. The maintenance guy responded to my emergency call kindly, but he couldn’t fix it at night. It's so frustrating. Update: No hot water for four night. Sofi has been great so far! Jordan, Kim And Z the office staff are super friendly and kind. Any time I walk in and need assistance they are very welcoming and happy to help. They are also very accommodating. Bobby the maintenance supervisor is super on top of everything. He is kind and helpful and gets our maintenance requests taken care of asap.
