So far I have been able to have my air conditioning corrected so with present and future hot weather that will come, things will be better.

Well, my bathroom stool was not working and it took about week and few days before being fixed. I'm 79 so going to the bathroom sometimes is more frequent than others. So it was helpful when maintenance came. Although there's another bathroom, with others using it can be a waiting experience.
