Everything is close by. The mall, food, post office,library, etc. whatever issues I’ve had with my apartment is taken care of right away. The office staff is very helpful and professional. All of my questions have always been answered satisfactorily.
I moved in December 6th of 2024, Summit Augusta apartments had a special that stated , “move in December get $500 off rent for February & March” the leasing office managers said that since “I have no proof they can’t honor the special.” They also charge hidden fees upwards of $120 + EXTRA on top of your rent. Next month would make 1 year I’ve been living in Helios. I can’t wait to move! These pictures is a recap of what my 11 months looked liked. Yes I said 11 months because next month hasn’t even gotten here yet and I’m STILL having problems! New management is so hard to get a hold of, but they make time to drop notes off at doors. Extremely convenient place to live. Just minutes from the mall, fast food/restaurants, any important grocery. The office staff, especially Dayna, are always attentive and helpful whenever an issue arises!
Went to look at place’s yesterday, Conttrelle Lowery was AMAZING! She went above any beyond, amazing customer service, made us feel welcomed, and answered all of our questions.
