5 Stars While the complex itself has its ups and downs, the real reason I’m giving five stars is because of the property manager, Madeline. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are heard and taken care of. Anytime there’s an issue, she handle it quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Her dedication truly makes all the difference and creates a much better living experience. I hope the management company knows what a gem they have!
I moved to Summit this past March from Atlanta, GA. The location is super convenient and close to everything you'll need! Madeline was so helpful and sweet during my stressful move from out of state. The price was super affordable, especially coming from Atlanta where everywhere is oversaturated and overpriced. I live in a spacious, renovated, 1 bedroom with my cat Nico! I am very excited to spend the next couple of years here while I finish my master's at UT Chattanooga!
We paid the money didn't hear anything back for over a week than get told that they refund the 100 dollars in 15 days. Well 15 days later and guess what nothing and there phone is cut off due to non payment it says when you call it. They steal your money and no apartment at the end. Don't trust these people
My wife and I came in and toured the property. We decided not to move forward because we got approved for a house! Madeline was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the tour.
We love the property. Property Manager Ms Martinez was very helpful with the move in date application process and easy to contact when we have needed her help. Thank you so much
