DONT move here. To start, old units that are poorly maintained, ROACHES, MOLD and a management team who doesn't care about you unless you're writing them a check. On several occasions needing maintenance - exterior door knobs falling off, "maintenance will come by tomorrow it's not an emergency.' Bathroom ceiling crumbling because upstairs neighbor had a leak, eh we'll half ass fix it and when a chunk of ceiling falls again it's still not urgent. Loving Summit Embry Hills! Since the new owners took over, this place has gotten dramatically better. They've improved the building and amenities, and they really care about making the apartments a great place to live. The leasing office staff is fantastic, too. They're friendly, professional, and always happy to help. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents - big thumbs up! This is definitely a place to check out if you're looking for an apartment in Doraville, Chamblee, or Tucker.
Amazing property and the staff is far beyond helpful with any question you might bring to them. 10 of 10 and would really go higher than 5 stars if possible.
I love the way the staff treated me. Bethany is very nice, she greeted me and asked me if I wanted a soda or water. I went for a tour and I love the amazing space the three bedroom apartment has. I love itttt. Looks like a house. I also want to thank Gale for giving me the information I needed. I will definitely recommend these apartments.
