I’m only giving this 5 stars so my review won’t be hidden. If I could rate this place it would be negative stars. If you’re looking for a decent apartment to move into, don’t try this one. They overcharge for trashy apartments that are infested with roaches and rats. Maintenance takes forever and a day to fix anything. The wall outlets are literally falling out of the walls. Areli the Manager deserves 10 🏆⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars. She has been very helpful since the day I walked in. I moved here from another Bullhead City. And she has made everything about living here... Easy. Thank you Areli. And the maintenance staff is always working.
Moved in July 15, discovered multiple issues that were guaranteed to be addressed and alleviated before my move in and then I have yet to get any of my maintenance requests fulfilled. Stove has gas leak and the surface of my range is burning hot. Was told by management that maintenance had “turned my stove off” (it is a GAS stove, so how and why is it on without a visible fire) and there was no leak. There's a white truck where people will congregate and blast music, and drink. It's been happening for months with no recorse. To give context to the noise I live in the residential neighborhood next to the complex. Absolutely no excuse and no way the management is not aware. UPDATE: May 5th at 3:00am they were doing it again. Insane that this is allowed. UPDATE 2: 11:38pm and they're blasting music again. WHAT IN THE HELL. Update 3: 11Oct 23rd 11:30pm, it's a Wednesday night and they're doing it again.
