We signed on after they told us our unit was unavailable for a tour, and instead showed us a “lookalike” which was very well kept, and nobody had ever lived in. I requested to see the unit they were going to move us into, and upon my viewing, it was terrible. Floor trim torn apart, carpet lifting, walls beat up, and upon looking at the edges of the carpet, a roach ran out. Will not be moving in. Don’t fall for it.
This is for maintenance I had a bad situation with maintenance I had my granddaughter to take my trash out due to my disability and my granddaughter dropped a good amount of the trash and didn’t pick it all up but here comes maintenance knocking on my door acting as though he is the manager or has some seniority over the property he was rude raised his voice and then proceeded to tell me to read my lease I know what my lease says I’ve been here 14 years now no one needs to tell me to read my lease especially maintenance I di... read more
Sooooo I’ve lived here not even a month. The A/C has gone out twice, this time I was ever so fortunate to be informed I wouldn’t get a new a/c unit until the spring! I requested one but we shall see. For the meantime, I was blessed with this incredibly useless window a/c unit in my master bedroom for my 1200 square foot apartment! Stove, only one burner comes on. It takes an hour to make hamburger helper for crying outloud. My dishwasher/garbage disposal leaks leaving a puddle on the floor for whenever you enter the kitchen.... read more
Rosa is very helpful and reassuring. Whenever I have a question or concern she is quick to assist me. Plus she always honest. I don’t feel like I’m just being told something to pacify me in the moment.
