I recently toured the Barcelona Apartments, and had the pleasure of being shown around by Kendra, one of the leasing agents. She was absolutely wonderful! I HAD TO CHANGE MY REVIEW!! Starting off I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. This seemed like a nice place but Im miserable here. I’ve been living here 4 months and I have been consistently annoyed. First let’s start with the RENT that slowly keeps increasing every month. I moved in here during a **special** but I am paying $300 more than I should a month for a small ( Not Updated ) one bedroom that is the size of a studio because of all of the crazy fees they keep adding on. Don't waste your time or money on renting here... Property is not taken care of properly and the leasing office isn't helpful they lack the basic customer service... Constant management changes and towing company changes . My car was towed even though it was registered and on my lease. My car was broken into multiple times within the last 3 months. My unit always smells like weed even though they claim to be a "smoke free environment" . You get charged for amenities that you cant even use , the pool hasn't been open for the ... read more

This property, The Barcelona at Chisolm Trail –Overton Ridge in Fort Worth, is managed by Catalyst Multifamily. I moved out in July 2024. Completed and honored my 1 year lease agreement in full. During the 1 year term, I would every month have to dispute double charges and additional fees that Catalyst Multifamily would try and nickel and dime me with double fees on trash, valet trash, pest control, water, city water, city sewer and unknown misc. set up fees. These fees would add up to over $220-$250 extra every month on top... read more

UPDATED UPDATED 4/16/24 The new management took very serious my inquiry in regards to my previous experience.
