It’s a great place to live, property management always responds promptly and makes sure tenants are taken care of. Shoutout to the maintenance staff for being great at what you do also! Communication is always on point. I’m grateful to live in a great location with a lot of things within walking distance. 😊 thank you for everything you do property management team & maintenance team!
May 2022 move in date. Barely enjoy 4-5 days a month of what I pay for, OTR Truck driver. Very nice being one of the first tenants moving in. Have a few personal gripes about neighbors, mostly college kids, professionals, out of state plates says it all. I can remember years ago when the orange orchards grew and the nuns ran the monastery. Very settling feeling living in this community.
This is the most I have ever paid to live somewhere and by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have had issues since the day I moved into my unit that have been so poorly handled, the problem worsened significantly over time to the point that its become an outright hazard as well as a violation of health codes. My first night here, I called the front desk because there was clearly an issue with my AC. Overall this place okay at best. Everything seems to be breaking every week, with the parking gates being broken then being left open 24/7 so anyone can just walk into the parking garage and get access into the apartment. 75$ for parking inside the complex when anyone can come in is outrageous. The elevator is constantly broken and the door to get to the 2nd floor won't even open if your car is parked there. Not enough parking for the residents at all. You come back too late? Sorry, no parking for you. You park at the wrong place? Be prepared to have your car towed the next morning you wake up and go to work. The incompetence of the management here is beyond me. I’m not renewing my lease for another year. Absolutely ridiculous.
