It’s a great place to live, property management always responds promptly and makes sure tenants are taken care of. Shoutout to the maintenance staff for being great at what you do also! Communication is always on point. This is the most I have ever paid to live somewhere and by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have had issues since the day I moved into my unit that have been so poorly handled, the problem worsened significantly over time to the point that its become an outright hazard as well as a violation of health codes. My first night here, I called the front desk because there was clearly an issue with my AC. Instead of sending someone to check it out, they just told me I probably don't know how to work the thermostat. I ke... read more

May 2022 move in date. Barely enjoy 4-5 days a month of what I pay for, OTR Truck driver. Very nice being one of the first tenants moving in. Have a few personal gripes about neighbors, mostly college kids, professionals, out of state plates says it all. I can remember years ago when the orange orchards grew and the nuns ran the monastery. Very settling feeling living in this community.

The apartment itself, looks nice and classy. However, If you are thinking of staying there, wait until you see the management yourself. What I am about to say, is just my overall experience. Those people think that they are superior than anyone else and talks down on you. They give you attitude whenever they have minor problems. Even on the first day of moving in, I got into a huge argument over the office door being locked. I would’ve understand if it was lunch time or close time. The Bendictine is a beautiful place to live! The property is always clean and very well maintained. The office staff go above and beyond for residents and the mintenance staff are quick to respond to a problem and get it fixed in a timely matter.
