I was planning to live here and I was offered if I leave a positive review, I would receive a decent discount on my base rent. However, I did a walk in tour and asked 2 residents and I was told that they regretted living here and would want to leave as soon as possible. - Abdullah
Huge improvement, office manager is respectful and communicative. They are always there to help if needed. I've lived in other places and the office staff is always an important aspect to the complex, if the staff doesn't care then it's a terrible place to live. UPDATE- I liked the old manager Denise. The new manger Jessica likes to charge anything and everything she possibly can so beware. East side residents have to pay 2$ to wash their clothes and another 2& on top of that to dry their clothes, (on top of already paying 1k+ a month for rent) and on top of that smack in the face, there is no machine to exchange cash for change. The machines that are in the laundry room don’t even take cash either so if you don’t have change you have to burn gas driving somewhere to get it. Really?. Not budging this into a positive review until laundry is either made free or it’s less of a pain in the ass to do.
The longest tenant at Bronte east 18 years or so and counting best management company we have had by far. Pretty decent response time if you need maintance also. I'm doing this for the monthly raffle we have.
OK, new management here has worked very, very hard on changing everything around there. Keep the place very clean. Their maintenance staff is very friendly courteous. Respectful, the management staff is the same way. I love the resident advance and the chance to win prizes. And the whole thing has changed over the meant, 16 years that I have lipped here and it is very a lot more appealing and inviting. It still has some of the best drawbacks, but they're working hard to correct them. Too.
