Maintenance responds fast depending on the severity of a work order Office people are very easy to work with and communicate with especially Jessica Studios are worth it in size for the rent 4 star because laundry costs 5$ to do otherwise I enjoy living here a lot.
I was planning to live here and I was offered if I leave a positive review, I would receive a decent discount on my base rent. However, I did a walk in tour and asked 2 residents and I was told that they regretted living here and would want to leave as soon as possible. - Abdullah
Huge improvement, office manager is respectful and communicative. They are always there to help if needed. I've lived in other places and the office staff is always an important aspect to the complex, if the staff doesn't care then it's a terrible place to live. UPDATE- I liked the old manager Denise. The new manger Jessica likes to charge anything and everything she possibly can so beware. Me and my wife Alyssa and our two kids moved in almost a year and a half ago now love that Chamberlain is doing there best to make this already decent place into what it's turning into with a beautiful maintained park literal seconds away for the kids to run around to elevator for ease of access moving it's in a great area utilities included and rent is great for what you get! No complaints they've handled any issues we've had within hours of it happening highly recommend and have resigned the lease happily!
I toured these apartments about a month ago, and was very impressed with the positive reviews and value for money. Something didn’t feel right to me, so after doing some research, I found that they have been offering incentives (i.e. raffle entries) to people who will leave a positive review.
